A full design wall!

My design wall is full.... from side to side and top to bottom... with all 20 blocks from this past Wednesday's Bonnie Hunter workshop. The quilt block is her Scrappy Trip Around the World. I think she should add the word Quick in there somewhere. I had 4 blocks completely done and 4 more nearly there by the end of the workshop. The rest just came together in a couple of evening sessions. Think I'll call mine  'In 5 Days'. (any Jules Verne fans? *grin*)

I can't get enough of Bonnie or her patterns! She is such an kind, generous spirit. I had the treat of hearing her 2 more times on this visit to CA and each time I take away something new from her presentations. Definitely an inspiration!

This will be my first link up of the year to Judy Laquidara's Design Wall Monday. Check out what others are up to here.

Around the World in 5 Days sounds like the perfect quilt name. :) I've been following along on Bonnie's blog and love seeing all the class photos. Glad to hear that yours is well on it's way to becoming a FINISHED quilt and not another "project started."

It was year ago this past August that I met Bonnie at my guild workshop and started her pattern "Hand Me Downs" and am just now working on more blocks for it. It's actually my Design Wall Monday Link up today - take a look. :)

glad you linked up. This is what I look forward to every Monday!

Love from Indiana! ~bonnie
Great quilt! Aren't they fun? Bonnie has some great ideas...I would love to meet her in person.

Looks great! Keep going until you finish - I started one 5 years ago and then stalled. Just picked it up again as a UFO.

It's looking good!! I can't close my 2.5" bin so it looks like I will have one of those on or the bargello on the horizon soon.
Great seeing you at Bonnie's lecture.
