Finished Flimsies

I tend to get tops to the finished center stage and then set them aside. Perhaps I should just make borderless quilts. =P

I'm really proud of myself on this one. I don't usually stick with a project from start to finish. (AKA - I'm easily distracted) But I did with this one...... and it's big. Pieced borders are on, backing is made and binding fabric is with the project.

Also finished is my Roll Roll Cotton Boll - Bonnie Hunter's most recent mystery quilt. I LOVE this quilt. I gift or sell most of my quilts but this one is a keeper! Backing is made and binding fabric is also set aside with this one.  Looks like it's time to schedule some longarm time for my own quilts.

Oh what beautiful quilts. LOVE the colors of your RRCB! and the first one, I just keep looking at that, I love it. Did you make the pattern yourself? Just gorgeous.

Karen - I really like your border on the 3D quilt. Great way to incorporate all those colors. And your RRCB colors are beautiful - it's amazing how we all make the same pattern with different colors and they look sew different. I also seem to have problems with borders - I bet it's not as uncommen as we think.

I'm loving both of these projects. Your RRCB is a "MUST KEEP"! What's next in the queue? Sandi
